As an exhibitor at Helitech Duxford there are several exhibiting options available from stands within the main exhibition hall, to private chalets and static displays outside. Our stand build options also offer flexibility from stand and wall options giving you the possibility to add furniture packages, to space only options which allow you to employ your own stand builder or use our bespoke build service to create your own design.

All exhibitors at Helitech Duxford will also benefit from a 50 word entry in the official printed catalogue, a listing in the online exhibitor list and an allocation of exhibitor badges based on the size of their stand.
In addition to the costs outlined above your contract will include a £200 website package charge. These packages offer you a great opportunity to promote your company in the lead up to the show. Find out more about this great promotional opportunity.

Stand Build Options
If you are taking a Space Only stand you may wish to consider using our bespoke build option when planning your stand design. SmartSpace is a bespoke stand design package service offered by Reed Exhibitions.
